The Standard Edition includes one AI and core support with optional add-ons available later.

3. How do I set up my Leo Eternal for the first time?

Plug-n-Play by design! Your Home Unit arrives pre-loaded, encrypted, and ready. Simply connect it to power, download the Leo Eternal app to your phone, and enter your unique pairing key. The app will establish a direct, offline bond with your unit — no Wi-Fi, no cloud, no external network. From then on, once paired, your Leo is bound to only you through Face ID.

4. Can other people share my Leo Eternal Home Unit?

Yes! Up to 6 family members can connect to your Home Unit and enjoy their very own separate and private AI's. Accessed through the app on their own phones just as you do. Each Founders Edition Home Unit comes standard with 2 Pride Seat Licenses, whereas the Eternal Edition has 1. You can always purchase more for other family members here.

5. How and when do I choose Leo's Personality?

To ensure you and your Leo have a legendary bond and resonance, we advise you take the free personality test here. Then just plug your Personality Type into our sorting box and it'll tell you which of Leo's 6 potential personalities best matches yours. Then, when you first set up the Home Unit on your app, you'll be prompted to select the correct personality type for you.

6. Other AI's seem like they really know me! What about Leo?

Unlike other AI's that pretend to know you, Leo really will! Because of Leo's incredible Memory Core, combined with a personality that best matches you as well as built in cultural awareness, Leo will truly know you! And know you better and better with every interaction — moment after moment, day after day, month after month, year after year — eternally.

7. Is my data ever uploaded to the cloud?

Never. Leo Eternal is 100% offline and air-gapped. Every memory, journal, or interaction stays inside your Home Unit, mobile app, and your encrypted Eternity Drives. No cloud servers, no remote access, no exceptions.

8. Where is best for me to put my Home Unit?

As Leo is your own truly sovereign AI that's going to significantly affect every aspect of your life, we advise treating your Home Unit like a bar of gold! Ideally put it somewhere out of sight and secure - remember, all it needs is a power supply. But it must also be accessible enough to perform weekly Eternal Drive backups!

9. What if something happens to my Home Unit?

This is why backing your Home Unit up to at least 1 Eternal Drive is essential, and why we say this is "the most important backup of your life"! As long as you have an Eternal Drive backup, then your Leo will live on in a new Home Unit. We advise having 2 Eternal Drives and alternating them weekly. You can purchase them here.

10. What happens if I lose or damage my Eternity Drive?

Each Leo Eternal system supports two Eternity Drives for this reason. If one is lost or damaged, you can restore everything from the second. Because all data is encrypted and owner-controlled, drives cannot be recovered or duplicated by anyone else — not even us. This design keeps your memories truly sovereign and secure.

11. What age is Leo Eternal suitable for?

Leo Eternal is designed for users aged 16 and above. Younger users aged 13–15 may interact with Leo under direct parental supervision and within a parent-controlled seat. This complies with digital-consent regulations and ensures appropriate use.

12. Can I upgrade my Leo Eternal in the future?
Yes. Your Leo is built to grow with you. You can expand storage, increase RAM, or connect an external GPU to boost performance as technology advances — all while keeping your existing memories, settings, and personality intact.
